Letters to property owners from HydroCorp

Recently, some property owners have received letters from HydroCorp with the City of Lowell logo to perform mandatory Cross Connection Control Program inspections at no charge.  The City of Lowell has had a partnership with HydroCorp to perform this task on the City's behalf for many years.

The  Cross Connection Control Program is in place to prevent backflow and other contaminants from entering into the water distribution system.  This program is mandated by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes and Energy and is required per City Ordinance.

The letters have been issued to property owners on behalf of the City by our contractor, HydroCorp.  Please work with us on this program by contacting HydroCorp at the contact info in the letter. If you have other questions regarding this program, you may contact the City Water Department at 421-2537. To learn more about the city ordinance on this issue, please click here.
