The City of Lowell is interested in what the Community would like to see happen with Recreation Park when the Kent County Youth Fair vacates the site to their new location.  The City is forming a steering committee which will provide input on their vision for the site once this occurs.  The City has contracted with Williams and Works to develop a feasibility study to plan for this.   We are forming a committee from those in the community who would like to be involved in this plan.  The plan is to provide input, provide opportunities for others to share their views (i.e. online survey, community meeting) and then recommend a plan to the City Council.   We anticipate an 8 to 12 week commitment for this to when the study should be complete.
